The concept of Nada Bottle came about when a skiing/biking enthusiast and two eco-minded entrepreneurs came together in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Crested Butte, Colorado. The first prototype was engineered in an old mountain kitchen using a nylon sheet, super glue, and an iron. The desire for a collapsible water bottle, or a container that was “not a bottle”, was devised after many trips abroad allowing for just one backpack and numerous trips into the wilderness with just enough space for a small water bottle and a filter. After going through numerous unreliable plastic water bottles, Nada Bottle became a reality using a dependable, highly abrasion resistant nylon fabric and military grade paracord.
Nada Bottle is engineered with an abrasion resistant nylon casing and a paracord carrying strap. Its innovative, collapsible design makes this tough, avant-garde, customizable bottle the only bottle you will ever need. Our cap opening is large enough for ice and our bottle can easily be cleaned by simply pulling the plastic inner liner out from the nylon casing and scrubbing away. The braided paracord that connects the lid to the grommet can be unattached and unraveled creating a paracord rope. Military grade paracord can be used as a tourniquet, shoelace, snare, and for tying splints. The bottle is designed for outdoor activity, but great for everyday use.
